ZIGChain Foundation is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, while the Summit is hosted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As such:

- On-ground Summit activities are subject to applicable UAE laws, including but not limited to data protection, content, advertising, and public safety regulations.
- UAE legal compliance obligations will be enforced where applicable (e.g., security, decency, local conduct).

ZIGChain Summit 2026 is a technology and Web3-focused event, featuring:
- Exhibitors showcasing Web3 projects and platforms (including but not limited to those built on the ZIGChain Layer 1 blockchain).
- Panels, keynotes, and workshops covering blockchain infrastructure, compliance, digital asset regulation, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), Islamic finance, and DeFi.
- Speakers and contributors from industry, academia, government, and the open-source blockchain community.
- Networking zones, side events, and media coverage throughout the Summit.

4. Registration, Access & Conduct
- Access to the Summit requires registration. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our sole discretion.
- Attendees must comply with all local laws and venue rules while in Dubai, including UAE regulations related to public conduct, decency, and permissible speech.
- ZIGChain may request valid ID at check-in and reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.
5. Exhibitors, Partners & Third Parties
ZIGChain Summit features ecosystem participants including project teams, service providers, legal advisors, and infrastructure partners.
- Exhibitors and partners are independent entities. ZIGChain does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the performance, legality, accuracy, or compliance of any third-party project or claim.
- No exhibitor or speaker shall make investment solicitations, offer financial products, or conduct token sales at the venue unless authorized and legally compliant under UAE law.
- We encourage self-directed due diligence and recommend seeking professional advice before making any financial or legal decisions.
6. Content Disclaimer
All Summit content—including panel discussions, presentations, exhibits, and recordings—is for informational purposes only and:
- Should not be interpreted as legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
- May reflect the personal views of speakers, not necessarily those of ZIGChain Foundation.
- Should not be construed as solicitation or promotion of any security, token, or regulated financial instrument.

By attending the Summit, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. ZIGChain may use your image, voice, and likeness in its promotional, educational, or documentary materials, as per our separate Media & Participation Disclaimer available on this Site.
9. Data Privacy
ZIGChain complies with:
- Cayman Islands Data Protection Law (DPL) for its online operations; and
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection for in-person data collection.
We only collect personal information necessary to deliver event services and maintain security. By registering, you consent to this processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting legal@zigchain.com subject to legal and operational limits.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZIGChain shall not be liable for any:
- Loss or damage incurred in reliance on any Summit content;
- Business interruption, loss of profit, or data due to your use of the Site;

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or participation in the Summit shall be subject to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), seated in London, UK, with English as the language of arbitration.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site or participation in the Summit after such changes constitutes acceptance.
