By attending or participating in ZIGChain Summit 2026 (the “Summit”) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, media personnel, and guests agree to the following terms:
1. Use of Image, Voice, and Appearance: By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. ZIGChain Foundation, its affiliates, media partners, and authorized service providers may use your image, voice, likeness, name, and/or biography (collectively, your “Appearance”) captured during the Summit in any format or medium for:
This usage may occur globally and without limitation, in both digital and traditional media formats.
2. No Compensation or Approvals: You acknowledge that you will not receive any payment or royalties in connection with the use of your Appearance. You waive any right to inspect or approve any materials featuring your image or voice.
3. Legal Release & Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, you release ZIGChain Foundation, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and media partners from any liability arising out of the capture, use, or distribution of your Appearance, including but not limited to claims for privacy, defamation, or intellectual property rights.
4. Data Protection Notice: All personal data captured in connection with your participation will be processed in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable international standards. If you wish to withdraw consent for specific future uses, please email: legal@zigchain.com.
However, withdrawal of consent will not apply retroactively to already published materials or footage captured in public event spaces.
5. Governing Law: This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
